Year 6 Trip

What a beautiful day! I have to say I was a little hesitant about taking the children to the beach in the torrential rain in a yellow weather warning! There was no need to worry as the weather has been beautiful all day and the children have been wonderful, so engaged with the fossil hunting.

 

I love trips like these, as it shows the children in a completely different way to what we see every day in school. 

 

They have bag fulls of their finds; belemnites, beef rock and ammonites a plenty! I hope they enjoy telling you all about their day 😊
