The children have been really busy this week for Spring into Fitness Week. We've talked about how to breathe if we are feeling anxious, which foods go into which food groups and how we need a bit of everything to have a balanced diet. As well as this we have looked at which foods are good for our teeth and made fabulous glitter jars. We had great fun outside perfecting our orienteering skills in PE, making some great faces on the playground by following maps. We weren't expecting to be home for a day because of Storm Eunice so will pick up where we left off after half term! Happy Holidays and love from Miss Reid x
