Week of 4th October

We have had such a busy week in the Tigers.  We are really enjoying our Peter Rabbit topic and the Year 2 children have produced some great writing over the last few days.  The highlight of our day is spotting real life rabbits outside on the school field! 

I have been so proud of how well the children are doing with their ukulele lessons and hope you enjoy the photos. 

We are working on place value in maths with the Year 1's learning how to find numbers on a numberline up to 50.  The Year 2 children have been making 3 digit numbers with the place value coins.  

Geography is also in full flow with the children comparing Kenya and the UK this week.
