Week of 10th January
Wow another busy week! Firstly well done to the children working at home. I met with them yesterday on google meet and was very impressed with their resilience. We have really missed them and can't wait to see them back next week. Thank you for working so hard at home.
The rest of the class have been busy, with Year 1 tackling shape in maths and Year 2's finishing their work on addition. In English we have worked on letter writing including how to set out an informal letter, which will help us next week when we write our letters as passengers on the Titanic.
Today we have visited the Titanic museum and taken part in a workshop organised by museum staff as well as exploring the museum in our groups. The time went so fast and I know the children are keen to visit again with their families.
