With God's love, all are encouraged to thrive

Friday 8th October

In year 6 this week we went to the St Cross Water Meadows and took a tour around the St Cross hospital. We also went stream dipping and found many interesting creatures such as a Water Scorpion and loads of shrimp. As well as an interesting trip, we did a free write all about it on Friday. In art on Tuesday, we learned about a new artist (Claude Monet) and we also explored different tones and shades of green. We also learned about erosion, transportation and deposition by eroding a quarter of a biscuit transporting it to our mouths then depositing it. Overall, we had a great week of learning and fun.
