With God's love, all are encouraged to thrive

Thursday

8:00

Good morning! Another good night’s sleep was had last night, and the children have been reflecting on their time here at Fairthorne over breakfast. Some of our favourite moments have been encouraging each other up Jacob’s ladder, laughing with each other on the crate challenge and splashing each other during raft building and canoeing!

We have a packed day today, with some camo + tracking, zip lining and stream exploring to look forward to!

The children have loved their first activities this morning, one being fire lighting ready for our camp fire this evening!

20.30

It's been another action-packed afternoon with more stream exploring, initiative, camo tracking and fire building.

The highlight of the day for many though has been our camp fire tonight with the other school staying here. The leaders led us enthusiastically with hilarious songs and some of the children were brave enough to share their talents in front of the fire and they were awesome!

We finished this evening,  as we do each evening,  with our reflections of the day and the children made us immensely proud with the recognition they are so eager to give each others' achievements.

Tomorrow we will pack and and enjoy our last two activities. They are sad to be leaving but equally excited to see you all.
