Day 5

Friday

 

It’s the last day… there’s lots of mixed emotions this morning with some looking forward to going home and others wanting to stay even longer! 
 

All the bags are packed and we are enjoying our last activities of the week. 
 

It has been a phenomenal residential and all the children have made us proud. 
 

Last week, the children created a heartfelt goodbye song. They sang it to Mrs Hinton on Wednesday, who is sadly leaving us after following the children through the school since year one. 
 

This afternoon we will be singing it to Mr Brooks-Martin before we head home for huge cuddles and endless stories of our week’s adventures. 
 

What an emotional end it will be to an incredible week!
