With God's love, all are encouraged to thrive

Friday 19th November

19th November

It has been a great week this week! We have all been working our very hardest on everything and there have been some great achievements.

In English this week, we have been planning letters to object an extension to the local waterworks. We thought about the point, explanation, proof and summary. Finally, on Friday, we wrote the letters using our best handwriting and creativity to put our point across. They were a success.

In maths, we were converting, multiplying and adding fractions and mixed numbers. We worked through grid sheets and some people even completed E4 (the last question)!

In art, we drew and painted our poppies. They looked stunning and by next week, we should have the words of ‘In Flanders Fields’ stuck on top.

Also, on Friday, it was children in need day. We all dressed up in our pyjamas and donated money to the charity.

On the whole, this week was an amazing week of learning.
