Spring Disco: Friday 8th May
We are hoping to hold an evening event in Otterbourne Village Hall on the above date.
Summer Fair: Saturday 26th June
This is our principal annual fundraising event and we are looking for volunteers who may be able to help. Helping does not commit you to helping on the day – help could be selling raffle tickets in advance, gathering raffle prizes, liasing with outside stalls/ events who may attend on the day, or simply generating some good, fresh ideas. All support is welcome – no matter how much or how little time you are able to give and by indicating your willingness to help you are under no obligation to give more time than you can spare. Anyone who thinks they may be able to offer any help should email us at the address above. We will be having an initial brainstorm meeting on Tuesday 16th March. Any new ideas would be gratefully received before then, or at the meeting if you are able to attend.
Have you returned your questionnaire?
On the 10th Februray we published our first FOS newsletter for this school year. In addition to being packed full of information about FOS and forthcoming events, a parents questionnaire was included. FOS runs regular fundraising and social events for the whole school community and our fundraising efforts have enhanced the education and experience of all the children at the school and will continue to do so with your support. We would therefore like to know a little bit about the events and activities that interest you to ensure we maximise the potential parent support to the school. If you have not yet completed your form and returned it to the school office please do so asap. Your opinion counts.
If you did not receive a copy of the newsletter or the questionnaire, copies are attached at the bottom of this page.
