Egg collecting visit and meeting some lambs

A group of children from across the school had a lovely Spring visit to Dr Hamer's small holding and were lucky enough to see sheep and lambs as well as enjoying feeding her hens. The purpose of the visit was to collect a clutch of chickens eggs, return to school and set them in an incubator so that we can await the exciting arrival of chicks in school. All pupils are getting to observe the egg incubation daily in school.
